The college consists of two divisions: Division of Formative Arts Design and Division of Design. It aims to foster creative professionals for the industrial and information age.
It has achieved a remarkable development within comparatively short history since 1988. Now 880 students attend the college, dreaming of becoming an artist.
They present their works of art every semester individually or in group, which are evaluated by professors and personages of art. The college also intensively foster Animation, Graphic Design in connection with Engineering and Computer Science. Through a synthesis of Formative Arts and Design, it tries to develop an area of art design which can be industrialized.
