Urban Planning aims to foster urban planners who design sustainable urban space. In order to achieve this goal, the major helps to develop the ability to create beautiful urban space, to communicate with citizens and to understand national urban policy.

Real Estate aims to foster real estate specialists who lead a high value-added real estate industry. To this end, the major helps to develop the ability to understand economic mechanism, to solve problems of investment and to understand national urban policy.

The curriculum includes Architecture, and Urban Planning and Real Estate Development.
